    Cardboard collar box. Black exterior, white interior. Cylindrical, with flat bottom and sides. Inside is a two half-circular sheets of off-white paper that act as a liner for the collar to sit on.

  16. Robe - Jorgensen, Reverend Ottar

    Ankle-length clerical robe. Black wool with white cuffs made from linen handkerchief sewn into sleeves. Proper front of the robe was originally decorated with 17 wooden buttons covered with silk thread (only 13 buttons remain). These buttons have an x-shaped design on the surface. Three smaller versions of these buttons decorate each sleeve cuff. The proper front opening would have been secured by eight interior buttons (only seven remain)....

    White pastor's or clerical collar or ruff. Made of cotton or linen. Collar is circular and consists of dozens of pleats whose outer ends are open and resemble the ends of drinking strays. The inner ends are connected to a white ribbon that fits around the wearer's neck. There are thread loops and a metal hook for fastening the collar to one's neck.
