Dimensions: (approximated) Length: 3.0" (ribbon and medal) Diameter: 1.188" (diameter of medal) Width: 2.125" (widest portion of ribbon) Overall the medal/ribbon are in good shape. The circular, silver medal is worn on both sides, with some scratch marks, nicks in the outer edges, and wear scuffs along the outer edges. The decorative crown piece is not completely centered on the circular medal. It has some black and gold tones and has area of tarnishment. There is a ring at the top of the crown, which in conjunction with red thread, attach the red/white ribbon to the decorative crown. The ribbon is worn, with fading/smudging throughout. The white stripe through the middle of the red is now dirt smudged and has a pinkish hue. There are several tiny snags/holes in the ribbon on both the front and back sides. The thread that holds the safety pin on and the ribbon to the decorative crown is slightly faded and somewhat sloppily sewn. The safety pin appears to be in good condition, with a few minor scuff marks. |
