Description |
Print of a photographic portrait of Hans Christian Andersen. He is pictured from the chest up and is angled to the viewer's right. Mr. Andersen is wearing a black suit jacket with a black vest and white collared shirt. The lining of his jacket or his vest has a pinstripe pattern. He has on a large black bowtie as well. His hair is wavy on the sides and extends down to his ears. This appears to be an image of the writer later in his life. The print is housed under glass in a wood frame with angled corners. The frame is painted metallic gold and peach, with a thin blue perimeter around the internal edge of the frame. |
