A petticoat or underskirt. The short petticoat is made form heavy thread or yarn. There is vertical ribbing throughout with a scalloped hemline. The upper portion is charcoal grey. Towards to lower portion of the skirt, there are red and grey zig-zag lines. There are no closures. |
