A black and white photo of a large group of folk dancers from the Danebod Summer School in 1933, including Sigrund Holm. The women's costumes consist of a dark skirt, white apron, dark lace-up bodice, white shirt, and a kerchief to cover the hair. The men's costumes consist of dark vests, white shirts, and dark floppy caps. The subjects are dancing. The women are closer to the camera, with the men behind them. The group is separated into couples, with the women on the right side of the couple and the man on the left. Each man and woman have their arms intertwined in front and behind their bodies, creating the shape of an infinity symbol. They are standing in a grassy area with trees behind them. In the margin is written "Folk Dancing at Danebod 1933". |
