Description |
Postcard with a black and white image of Kimballton, IA. The town is shown from a distance. An empty field is in the foreground. In the distance a cluster of houses and a church can be seen. In the white space below the image is the caption, "'Hilsen fra Kimballton.' -- Pub. by P. Andersen, Kimballton, Ia." Card was sent to Lauretta Hansen of Audubon, IA from Frank L. Hansen. Message on the back is in English. Postmark is only partially stamped on. The visible parts are very faint. This postcard may have been sent from Kimballton. At the viewer's top left corner on the back is a white sticker with a handwritten note in black ink. This note may be later than when the postcard was sent. |
