Description |
A black and white photograph of a group of 8 boys, to the viewer's left, and 16 girls, to the viewer's right, all of different ages, and two women who appear to be their teachers. They are standing outside in front of a line of trees. The boys wear shirts and ties, except for one wearing a suit, and the girls wear dresses. The teachers are in the back row, taller than the children, and the one to the viewer'r right is wearing a hat and glasses. There is a wagon behind them to the viewer's right. Printed in white above their heads is the caption "1927. / Lutheran CHurch / Summer SchooL / EXIRa, Ia". There is a white border around the photo. On the back, printed in blue there is a faint "36" in the viewer's bottom right corner. |
