Description |
Black and white photograph of a family of four. The father is seated on a wood stool to the viewer's left. He is wearing a dark suit, coat open to a light-colored shirt and tie. He has light-colored hair that is parted and receding on his left and has a mustache. The mother is seated to the viewer's right wearing a long dark dress with long sleeves. The top has lace coming down the front bottom area and a wide light-colored collar with the same lace pattern around the bottom and neck area. She has dark hair pulled up into a bun on her head. There is a young child standing in the back between the mother and father. The child has light-colored hair and is wearing a dark outfit with a large lacy collar. There is a younger child standing on a stool in the front with both parents holding the child's hands on their laps. The child is wearing a dark long sleeve dress that ties with long laces down the front and a light-colored lacy collar and dark boots. The photo is mounted on a dark paperboard backing. Printed in red at the bottom is "H. Mortimer Evans" and "Photographer". There is nothing on the back. |
