Sepia toned panoramic photo, with a three fourths inch white boarder, of the 59th infantry division of the U.S. Army which was stationed at Camp Greene in North Carolina in 1918. The men are positioned in four rows and posed in front if buildings on the military base. Visible above the group are electrical poles and roofs of barrack buildings to the viewer's right. All of the men are wearing their army uniforms and hats with rifles in hand or located near the body. White cursive script is located at the center of the photograph along the bottom edge and reads, "Co. L. 59th Infantry Camp Greene N.C./1918". The photographer's information is in the viewer's right bottom corner and states, "_______ Room 208-11. Chamber/of Commerce Bldg./Charlotte N.C." The reverse side of the photograph is cream colored.
