Description |
Black and white photograph of celebrating in the streets, likely taken after Denmark's liberation at the end of World War II. It shows a procession of cars and military men on motorbikes proceeding down a street in a parade. There are crowds on both sides of the street holding Danish, British, and American flags with Danish flags hanging from the buildings along the sides of the street. The street is littered with pieces of paper that are falling from the sky. The photo has a white border that is thicker on the left and right. "Danish / Ministry" is pencilled on the back. The photo was printed on Kodak paper. |
