(a)A black and white photocopy of a photo postcard on a white sheet of paper of a birdseye view of Norma, N. D. "The town of Norma, North Dakota, picture taken in 1913, 3 years after Jens and Ingeborg Christensen left the area, and moved their family back to Minnesota. This photo postcard sent to Mary Christensen by a friend, may be the oldest surviving photograph of Norma. Mary Christensen said that Norma was the closest town to the Christensen homestead. "From Norma's main street, you go north 1/2 mile to the first turn. You turn right for about 1/2 mile. then turn left for approximately 1 mile. On top of a low hill, turn right for 3/4 mile. It's on the left side of the road." The photo is a picture of main street with other buildings which appear to be houses in background. Several model T cars parked in the foreground. The land is very flat in background. Donor writes on a yellow sticky note, This photo and the other loose photos of Norma and Kenmare are photo postcards in my possession.
