Tiny softcover book, part of a series of ten. The thicker cover is missing, so the visible cover now is blue with a multi-colored illustration of multiple fairytale figures like a ballerina, the man in the moon, and a tin soldier. On the first page is the title and author. Contains 23 numbered pages of text and color illustrations. 2 x 3 PROVENANCE: The information in the file is unclear as to ownership and general family history. Paul Nielsen and Carl Nielsen were either the donor's brothers or sons. The owners of the books may have included Hermman Nielsen (1916) and Inger Thomsen Nielsen (1939) who came from Denmark in 1939, met on the boat Kasen Korsgaard. The books were sent as Christmas presents. |
