Summary / Description |
Hardcover book, vertically oriented. Black covers with the title printed in gold at the center of the front cover. Inside the front cover is attached a paper pocket for a library card. It is printed for the "Elkhorn School Library", but overtop of that is stamped "The Christian Reading Circle / Elk Horn, Iowa". The same stamp is at the top center of the facing page, near a handwritten "No. 90." Stamped in purple at the bottom of the title page is "LARS LARSEN." Contains 288 numbered pages of text. 4 x 5 5/8 PROVENANCE: This book may have belonged to Lars Larsen. It was included in the inventory of the Elk Horn School Library and later the Christian Reading Circle of Elk Horn. |
