Dimensions: 8.5625" L x 3.8125" W The vertical, half-fold brochure has 24 pages (12 front and back), and is enclosed in a blue-colored thick paper cover. Inner pages and cover are held together by two staples. The first page of text begins, "Mr. President, Mr. Speaker and Members of the Senate: We meet in a period of great turmoil and uncertainty..." The last four pages (2 front and back) are blank. |
