Scope / Description |
Cover of the Book has picture of Mrs. Lavina Fugal, American Mother, 1955. It shows her handing out cookies to children. The cover is bright red (detached from the book) with black lettering. She is wearing a flowered apron and holding out the cookie jar for the children to reach in. A white picture of Brigham Young is in the background at the top. The book was published by the Alumni Association, Brigham Young University. On the back of the cover is a black and white photo of Dimitri Mitropoulos, Conductor of New York Philharmonic. Below the picture is a speech written by Mr. Mitropoulos. To the side are letters to the Editor. |
