Souvenir postcard with the words, "Ach! I am so contented in "Omaha"(on a yellow felt pennant)" " I vish you vas here." On the viewer's right is a man drinking a large lager and smoking a long antique pipe, sitting on a red wood chair at a red wood table. A little dog is on the floor lapping a puddle of beer and smokes drifts left over the fellow's head. Written to Thorvald Moller in Kimballton, IA. The message is written in Danish. There is a green 1cent stamp in the upper right corner on back. Card has no postmark or postage cancellation, so it likely was not mailed. 3 1/2" L x 5 1/2" W |
