Scope / Description |
Booklet index list of passengers sailing on the S.S. Berlin from New York via Southampton and Boulogne to Bremen. Cover has two 1/4" blue lines on each side. In black is S. S. Berlin Passenger List. Near the bottom in a circle is written "Auf Wiedersehen North German Lloyd" inside the circle are leaves, an anchor and a key. On first page is written Passenger List, Twin screw steamship, Berlin sailing May 28, 1931 from New York via Southampton and Boulogne to Bremen, North German Lloyd. The following page has list of officers, engineers, steward and other officers. The following pages have list of passengers, among them listed are Mr. Gutzon Borglum, Mr. Lincoln Borglum, Mrs. Gutzon Borglum, Miss Mary E. Borglum and Mrs. Alfred Darlow(Mr Borglum's sister). Also on last page under Memoranda Nicht an Bord are listed again, Herr Lincoln Borglum and Frau Guitzon Borglum. |
