A memorial booklet for Thorvald Helwegs. Deed states "Mindeskrift i anledning af Thorvald Helwegs hundredeaarsdag- 12/29/55" Ruffly translated by the Museum's Danish intern Helene Christiansen 09/14/2005 as: a commemorative summary of Thorvald Helwegs' life in honor of his 100th birthday, probably read at a celebration in honor of him. We put it under the object name of memorial because without having seen the actual document we could not make any further judgement about it then other than its paying tribute to the man's life although he is not deceased at the time it is a memorial of sorts and doesn't fit well with any other description at this time. |
